Refund & Returns Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery (photos help) at hassanaitnouar@gmail.com — we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, with no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
